Tanushree Hazarika, who is an alumnus of Boston University (in Business Management) started by working with global giants such as Deutsche Bank in London and Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments – in Boston. Bitten by the bug to work for her home land, she flew back to India in 2006 and joined the family’s newly started publishing business. With her sharp entrepreneurship mannerisms & smart dexterity, in just a few years she has managed to scale the revamped Eclectic Times to newer heights & also successfully launch a second publication Eclectic Vibes, NE's only music and entertainment magazine. True to her zodiac, she exudes a pleasant persona with being quite a ‘casual boss’ to the team unlike the typical. With an eye for perfection, open to accepting the new and always driven by determination and focus, Tanushree is constantly looking to push the envelope further and create the largest and widest reaching media organisation in the region.
Bibha Hazarika
Director
Fondly called 'Aunty' by all Eclectic-ians, Bibha Hazarika is an artist by passion who likes to be creative in whatever she does. She is a Post Graduate in Political Science from Guwahati University and also is a recognized artist from Bangalore Visual Art University with a lot of exhibitions to her credit, both in India and abroad. She is also an avid lover of music and books. She believes that one should always live in the present and never look back. With her world of wisdom and experience, she manages to bring in and maintain the balance at work place and drive for the team, while keeping a watchful eye all along.
Agamonee Barbaruah
Executive Editor
Expression sprinkled with emotion, is what she'd like to call her creative skills as. If she had her way, she'd write her whole world out. Holds an MA in English from Tezpur University, has had a brief stint as an English lecturer and then plunged full-on into print media; Agamonee Barbaruah is as much a blogger as a reader. Books, music, movies, food and friends make her world go round and indulge her creativity as a person and a professional. Brainstorming with her team to put together snazzy stories makes for her regular work regime.
Loya Agarwala

Loya Agarwala is a natural communicator in both the written and spoken forms. With over a hundred published articles in national magazines and regional newspapers, she is also a personality development trainer focussing in life skills. She has over a decade of experience as an editor of various renowned publications and her passion lies in learning from, listening to and inspiring others, through the written and spoken word. Loya was born and brought up in London, is a graduate of Brunel University, UK and also holds a Masters in Psychology.
Pooja Goswami Barkataky

A trained Odissi dancer and a school-time nerd, Pooja Goswami Barkataky can be best described as a cusp of many striking idiosyncrasies. To her, work means enjoying it and family means dedication; entertainment is like her second skin, being a die-hard fan of mystery and crime television along with being a voracious reader and a casual blogger. On a more serious note, she believes the underpinning years in Mount Carmel College & Christ University, clubbed with her work experience in public relations, client servicing, operations and internal-external communication helps to bring her best to the table. Ever passionate to prove her mettle, Pooja endeavours to grow with and learn from both horizontal and vertical capacities of the organisation.
Koushik Hazarika

If not here, then Koushik Hazarika might have been in some tour bus right now with his guitar and his own band of groupies. With a heart trouncing like a 4/4 beat and with the passion of a searing guitar solo, he brings to the group an exciting blend of ideas, fervour and communication. Synonymous to him will have to be his easy demeanour and an ever-ticking mind, which helps him stay on top of things. A graduate in English, a diploma from Pune in Animation and over 6 years of media experience-in Print and A/V, Koushik is currently taking care of the publication's marketing for pan-India.
Prasanta Talukdar

Right from his college days, Prasanta Talukdar has been known for being an outgoing & a people's person. Having worked with many government & non-governmental societies, he has a profile that stands strong and adds that much more to his administrative management. Prasanta comes across as a balanced personality and has core knowledge in fostering a positive relationship between the magazine and its associates - readership, contributors, media, government-related work and other business handlings. In his social life, Prasanta is also the Vice President of an NGO, a passionate cricketer and a strong social-activist.
Monjari Mahanta

A Mass Communication & Journalism postgraduate from Sikkim Manipal University, Monjari Mahanta has been a part of the company's operations from its early days. With her noted coordination skills & methodical style of working, she has not only been managing the backbone of the company but has also played pivotal roles in various events organized by the company. Known among colleagues as a cheerful and joyful face, she brings her happy charm into her everyday work and instils in all, the spirit of 'fun while working'.
